The 24 hour reception staff were always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable so that our stay got off to an excellent start and stayed that way. Thank you.
There where bedbuds that bit my son and wife.Room 51.
Just as described rooms clean and so close to the train it was amazing! Breakfast was a plus just enough to fill you up. Would highly recommend.
i enjoyed the breakfast in the courtyard.the hotel was very close to centre.we could walk in in minutes.it was only 15 mins walk to forum algarve shopping centre.
i stayedin a single room which wa very clean and comfortable but very stark.a large pretty picture and maybe a mirror would have made it less lonely to come back at night!
The location was within easy walking distance of the train station, marina, a fantastic restaurant and tourist attractions. The hotel staff were always able to answer our questions and gave us great recommendations as to where to eat (which made our holiday even better).
It's on a narrow, graffiti-ridden street, but then you realize that's not a problem with the hotel (which looks like the best building on the street) but the town in general. It's actually safe in the area. The breakfast is basic but adequate to have something to start the day with.
The hotel was excellent value for money, brilliant location close to rail and bus stations and 5 minute walk to Marina with plenty of choice of restaurants. All the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to leaving. To take breakfast in the inner courtyard was lovely and a good choice of continental breakfast was on offer. Our room was large with a huge bathroom and a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.
This is a small clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. It's five minutes walk from the train and bus stations, and the same sort of distance from the main shopping and tourist area. The immediate surroundings are a bit run-down, but the Hotel itself is well kept and surprisingly quiet and peaceful given it's central location. We had rooms opening onto the central courtyard; it may be that street front ones are a bit noisier, but I don't actually know whether they are or not. Everything worked as it should, what more is there to say? Only that we had booked for the first night of our trip just as a place to flop after a late flight, but we ended up staying three nights in total, so I guess that says more about what we thought than anything else. And yes, we will go back and stay here again.
The coffee at breakfast is poor, as is the fruit juice. Good espresso and fresh orange are available, but there is an extra charge.
The staff were absolutely wonderful and my room very comfortable! Thank you!
Friendly staff and central location to both bus and train station; near to major attractions as well. Room was clean and breakfast was good
The rooms need modernisation
Good location being within city and close to bus and train stations. Helpful staff.
The location is very good, just a few meters away from the train station and from the old town. Hotel staff is friendly and supportive. Although the room was kind of small, it was clean and tidy. Good value for the money.
Not that I did not like it, but breakfast could have more variety.
Location, friendly staff
Room very basic and could do with updating.
very clean ,friendly, modern small hotel, with access to marina, old town and train staion.
the area must have a face lift to match the standard of the hotel.
Very near Faro train station - 5 mins.walking. Very clean and staff very helpful and good english. Excellent breakfast. Lift to rooms.
Rooms small but adaquite for short stay!
hotel was close to the train station - just a 2 minute walk away and in a good position for our early morning taxi to the airport. Will certainly stay there again on our way through The Algarve
